Google Nexus 6P/5X Launch

The Who, What, Why

In 2015, Google further cemented its foray into the hardware market when it released the Nexus 6P, Nexus 5X, Chromecast, and Android Wear (smart watch) devices. Google's unique value proposition in this market is in the marriage of hardware and software. The family of devices functions better because the operating systems that run them can be personalized and consistent from one device to another.

We showcased this by creating a unique hardware display. We worked with internal engineers to create a media display system that allowed the devices to function as one playback system, furthering the message that the devices worked together.

The display appeared in several positive news stories about the launch.
